Renewed Canon EOS R5 C Camera Body

The EOS R5 C offers a range of enhancements compared to its siblings, the R5 and C70. These upgrades include the ability to record in 4K120, HDMI RAW output, Canon Log 3 HLG/PQ support, unlimited recording time, a timecode port, Dual Pixel CMOS AF with eye detection, an active cooling system, a high-power LP-E6NH battery, 13 reassignable buttons, and a multi-function shoe for XLR adapters.

Despite these new features, the camera still maintains the reliable aspects of its predecessors. These include Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, compatibility with DaVinci Resolve and Canon apps, an electronic RF mount, CFexpress/SD card slots, a similar button layout, and more. The EOS R5 C is also designed to be moisture and dustproof like its cinema counterpart, the EOS C70.

All of these advanced features are packed into a lightweight body weighing just 1.7 lbs, making it ideal for use as a drone camera. The camera supports internal RAW recording at 8K/60P and features an internal cooling fan to enable continuous 8K/60P recording. It also offers an expanded interface to cater to professional needs and maintains the ergonomic design of the EOS line.

With a full-featured layout featuring 13 assignable buttons, an 8K sensor, and DIGIC X processor, the EOS R5 C is equipped to handle a wide variety of recording formats. It supports internal Cinema RAW Light up to 8K/60P and offers 8K HDR recording in HLG/PQ formats. Additionally, users have the ability to simultaneously record in different formats for added flexibility.
